The Yardrats taught Instant Transmission to Goku during his time on their planet. Instant Transmission allows Goku and anyone that is in physical contact with him to instantly travel great distances (from meters to light-years, or even travel between the living world and Other World) just by concentrating on a particular individual's ki signature, and transmitting or feeling that being's location. Goku can take passengers along with him as long as they are touching him,

Like Goku, Sasuke is able to transport people or instantly transport himself to a certain place for example.

As we can see Sasuke is able to teleport object and people.. which is similair to Goku's instant transmission, the only difference is that Sasuke is restricted to a certain range, but this might be due to him using the Jutsu for the first time.

So it's save to assume that Uchiha Sasuke ascended to a level above -> Minato, Naruto, Obito and A in terms of speed and shunshin.​

It seems that he can somewhow move instanlty within some range, although I think that Naruto has better Shunshin than him, is Sasuke is very fast as well, even Madara commneted on that.

madara stated that it wasnt a dodge, so he isny using speed, or teleportation, ftg is instant. What if for a moment sasuke is able to make himself exist in a different spot all together, kind of like he himself can go into limbo or something. I dunno, but it isnt footspeed or simple teleportation

Yes but goko is better, when goko train his transmittion range increases but i dont think sauske become more then what he is (indra).
