Sasuke didn't lose his eyesight in a few hours. The one thing people don't notice is that a small time-skip occurs in between Taka vs. Killer Bee (where the damage to his eyesight truly started) and the Gokage Summit. If you need evidence, Taka was heading to and was fairly close to Konoha after the fight which took place in the Hidden Cloud. That's several days of travel + the amount of time needed to rest after facing Killer Bee. So Sasuke lost his vision from MS after several days or even weeks, but not hours.

I am talking about the first battle Madara and Hashirama had, the one where Madara was laying on the ground and Tobirama was about to kill him.

That wasn't the first and he had EMS then as well becuz it happened after Izuna's death

XD Didn't go down to the posts after me

He used it like every 4 seconds, compared to Itachi who when we first saw him only used it 3 times. I swear Sasuke used it like 30 times in the first day of having it.

Yeah that is true, Sasuke was attacking too much using his MS powers.

They showed two different flashbacks of the V.O.T.E. fight during Hashirama's story, and the first fight was only a portion of the only V.O.T.E. fight featuring Hashirama vs Madara.
I agree with that. That seems to be the case.

I am talking about the MS madara that fought Hashirama the 1st time.

Yeah Obito helped Kakashi there. Well he used it when he only had 3 tomoe sometimes but whenever he used Kamui he always had MS activated.
MS Madara & MS Izuna were going blind in that fight.

Its because of the Senju DNA he was able to use it without MS. However, If he slipped from the boulder that crushed him , it must've been Zetsu's doing / interaction with Zetsu affected his Uchiha powers and made him go intangible on/off while sliding down.

Obito's powers are high levels so when he awakens his sharingan he skipped 1 tomoe & started at 2 tomoe. When he went MS he only spent 1 second at 3 tomoe to get there.

Itachi was blind . Obito had hashirama cells . And Sasuke simply abused his MS powers using it in every battle. But don't get it twisted Itachi was blind or just about to be blind after he fought kakashi.

There are three probable factors:

1. Sasuke used his MS abilities far more recklessly than the others. None of the others really pushed themselves to the point of exhaustion while using their MS abilities. Obviously, most of them, including Madara and Itachi, likely initially were overwhelmed by their new abilities. A good example of this is Kakashi, who passed out when his MS initially activated. However, Sasuke has a tendency of simply spamming his abilities without concern for his chakra levels. The only other person to do this regularly is Kakashi, but when he does it, he really doesn't have a choice, previously didn't use his MS abilities very often, and always kept his chakra reserves in mind.

2. Another point is that Amaterasu, Susanoo, and Tsukuyomi are considered to be some of the most powerful MS abilities. This likely has a direct affect on how fast the user's eyes deteriorate. If you look at Itachi and Madara's fighting styles, they generally tend to hold back, while Sasuke goes all out and immediately uses his most powerful techniques.

3. Sasuke is the only person who really has nobody to draw experience and advice from. Every other Sharingan user in the series had at least one person to guide them on their use of their Sharingan. Sasuke had Kakashi, but he clearly wouldn't know nearly as much about the Sharingan than an actual Uchiha. In fact, most of the Uchiha didn't even know everything about their eyes. I think that a great deal of the information about the Sharingan had died out during or after the Third Great Shinobi War, since there didn't seem to be nearly as much emphasis on developing it beyond the basic Sharingan in the village before the massacre. In other words, Sasuke never really learned how to properly use his Sharingan.

That's the downside of alot of the Uchiha's like Sasuke and Madara, they become to overconfident in there own abilities which usually leads to there downfall. Itachi was really the only one that I can think of that wasn't like that.

Yeah Itachi was the only one who actually conserved his power the most.

In like a few hours of actually using it.

Obito is still not blind from his MS even after many years. (Kamui) I don't count his intangibility as an Ms ability.

Itachi has had his for years (4+) and in his battle with Sasuke he finally started to get blind.

Kakashi in general..

Why is this so?

Sasuke went blind quickly because he was overusing it rather than being conservation and not taking breaks like Itachi and Kakashi. Itachi stated over and over using one technique weakened him and in one battle stated he couldn't use it period. He was also implied to already been going blind when he first entered the series. Kakashi was weakened by using it only once or twice but through training strengthened himself and was healed a number of times, which allowed him to start using it more consistently and several times in a row, which finally took its toll and led to blindness in the war arc. Obito's is self-explanatory because he possesses Hashirama's cells that heal him. Same with Madara when he snatched Kakashi's eye.

Sasuke on the other hand went crazy with his eyes. For what seemed like hours, he used susano'o, amaterasu, kagutsuchi and genjutsu none stop on the kages and danzou and even after being weakened in his fight with danzo, did not turn his MS off and continued to use it against Kakashi.

Sasuke going blind so quickly made zero sense from a logical standpoint(inspite of him "spamming" them). I think it was nothing more than a plot device to make Sasuke get EMS earlier and power him up.
