I believe Sasuke is gonna release the tailed beast, and let Naruto take them in, so he can fight Naruto at "100%"

I don't believe that Naruto isn't trying...he obviously doesn't want to die, yet at the same time Sasuke doesn't want to really kill him.

I truly believe he could have if he truly wanted to though.

That being said, listen to what Sasuke says -

Sasuke only used a few of his moves which aren't really killing moves for a person like Naruto.
Naruto used an entire TBB which destroys susanoo imo...

^ Just to ad to what you said. He also stated that he wants to kill Naruto as a sacrifice for his beloved brother who was the true hokage and solely kept the peace in konoha and the world because he was a god.

sasuke is going to release the beasts but only to make them fight naruto. Just like madara used the kyuubi vs hashirama sasuke is going to to use all 9 vs naruto. Naruto is going to get ****ed.
