Technically Sasuke did help stop Edo Tensei, moreso that anyone in the entire Shinobi Allied Forces.

It was Itachi AND Sasuke.

He'll certainly receive credit, that's probably what Kishi had in mind.
That's what Itachi wanted for Sasuke with his death. Sasuke to be acknowledged a hero.

You're still not getting this. Edo tensei wasn't stopped. Dan chiyo and kimimaro could have easily been taken care of. The only edo that mattered was madara and he's alive. Sasuke and itachi stopped nothing.

Uh no, if you noticed in this fight Kabuto was using Sasuke as a weakness to retake Itachi. Kabuto would attack Sasuke knowing that Itachi would sacrifice him self. If Sasuke wasn't around this fight would have still ended in the same results.

Not really, remember Kabuto trapped both of them with that sage audio genjustu, they only broke free by looking into each others eyes and casting mangekyou-level genjustu on each other
