No, I think that Sasuke's Chidori was black only because of the darkness of his chakra. Because the cursed seal changes some things about the character when it is used. So I guess his chakra just becomes dark in the cursed mode state, when normally it would be blue like Kakashi's. I don't that he will get black lightning though.

Although if Sasuke becomes more evil, then maybe he will have black chakra again without the cursed mode, although that still wouldn't be considered the "black lightning" that Darui has. Just dark chakra Chidori, since Chidori is visible chakra.
