So in chapter 621 Madara tanked Kuuybi's full powered TBB with his non PS with ease which pushing Naruto now to the corner since he doesn't possess Mokuton. He have to rely on something different. But I feel like he doesn't have anything that can top PS for now, Hashirama seems to be the only one capable of stopping EMS Madara ever.
And with each fight Sasuke gradually attaining his perfect form of Susano'o and once he learned how to awake his full bodied Susano'o and to stabilized it imagine the power he can receive combined with his Enton's orb or else and Amaterasu.
In that case he won't obtain the Rinnegan at least not before Naruto getting something new.
So they are still not equal and in favor of Sasuke.

When will you idiots get it through your thick skulls that both Naruto & Sasuke will be equal and nobody will be stronger then the other? Atm Sasuke seems to be way weaker then Naruto and even if he does get PS Naruto would be able to perfectly go up against that in his BM, let alone if he can somehow find a way to mix both Sage mode & Bijuu mode.
