Okay I looked at it again and it looked like he grabbed/swinged his foot when Sasuke was above him

yea he def grabbed his foot and swinged it that's why sasuke was flipping in the air trying to get his balance back

Yeah your right OP. Looking at the cam rip it looks like he got flipped. Sasuke was doing well in the beggining of the fight but then started to get pwned by Kinishki. The flip was just one demonstration that Kinishki was dominating the fight lmfao.
