however this actually confirms that just as the younger child of rikudou, naruto has inhabited/unlocked the true form of rikudous body
i feel this only leaves room that once sasuke as madara did reaches his full potential will gain full power of the eyes like rikudous eldest child and obtain the rinnegan

i kind of theorize that in order for the ten tails juubi to be sealed it will take yin and yang (naruto & sasuke)
naruto has the body so maybe sasuke brain farts all over the juubi and locks him into naruto who knows

The Elder Son had MORE than just Rinnegan, as strange as that may seem. If you look at the face of the Older Son, he has a Rinnegan that's spiraled, with shades on his eyelids as if he had Sage Mode eyelids. Whatever the Older Son had Sasuke is far from getting.
