Never didn't like sasuke, I don't see what the naruto hate is for tho. I think some of you guys are confusing naruto helping others with him getting help. That's not really fair. If he receives help it's a bad thing but if he comes to the rescue to help someone else then so and so wasn't at full health and that can't be considered a real win for naruto? The reason it appeared that Sasuke didn't train and just had strength was because he had something called talent. Even Orochimaru stated that Sasuke was more talented than himself.

People say that Sasuke got things like Curse Mark, Sharingan, Oro's powers, and gets help all the time. Well, Sasuke doesn't get any of these things for free. Everything here had a trade-off, he got them because he had to suffer in some way. They are basically rewards, so to speak. By enduring and pulling through certain situations, Sasuke got these.

Now let's look at help. Yes, Sasuke had help, but why does it he gets crap from fans for it? Tell me, has NARUTO never received help?

Against Pein, he was being fed info and Hinata had to save him.

Against Sasuke at the beginning of Part 2, Sai and Yamato had to save.him.

Kurama had to save him against Sasuke.

Kakuzu was weakened already, if he was at full power, Naruto would have lost.

Naruto needed help against Kurama.

Naruto needed Kurama to surpass Sasuke.

Sasuke and Kurama's chakra saved Naruto from Haku.

Naruto needed Kurama's help to even make a difference in this war.

Now, let's look at EMS. There is only ONE way to get EMS.

My take on this:

Both Naruto and Sasuke have been given their respective powers throughout the story, and I think it's probably something to do with the fact that they're the main characters.....I couldn't care less what powers they're given, after all it's up to them to actually master those powers to make them effective. Nobody gave Sasuke mastery over the Curse Mark and Naruto didn't wake up after the Nine Tails attack on Konoha with Bijuu Mode.

It doesn't matter how easily someone has acquired powers, what makes a character good is how they go about mastering those abilities. People hate Kabuto because he's a power thief, but when you actually look at it, it's fairly impressive that he can assimilate over 5 people into his DNA and still have control over his body. That takes skill, and i'm guessing a bit of training too.

As for getting help from others, take a second and remove all of the characters from scenarios in which they have helped Naruto and Sasuke. You'll find that the story would be pretty boring and we would all still be asking questions like "When do we get to find out about Kushina?" (Help from other characters, although it is sometimes in the form of annoying ass-pulls i'll admit) is necessary for plot progression.

When comparing Naruto and Sasuke, how they got their powers is irrelevant. How they use their powers against each other, is.

1. I'm not a Sasuke fanboy, just a Sasuke fan. Learn the difference.

2. Bashing Naruto isn't my intention or point. The point of the Naruto points is to emphasize how pointless it is to flag Sasuke for "getting handouts".

3. Dude, Naruto didn't even see Sasuke move. He was uttered shitless. If Sai hadn't intervened, Naruto would be dead.

4. No, Kurama isn't Naruto's power. Kurama is a separate being who Naruto borrows power from.

5. Sharingan and Kurama aren't equivalent. Sharingan counts as Sasuke's power, Kurama doesn't count as Naruto's.

The problem here isn't that I'm a Sasuke fanboy, it's that you have Naruto's chops so far in your butt, it's clouding your judgment.
