This implies that Sasuke's Genjutsu is far more traumatic than Itachi's Tsukuyomi.


That illusionary stab was intense enough to knock her out completely

Sakura got stabbed by Madara without even flinching. I'm sure she can take physcal pain. But Sasuke's genjutsu is just far beyond anything ever experienced.


It may not control time and space, but it probably amplifies the intensity of physical pain and emotional pain to be greater than anything ever experience in reality or any other genjutsu.

You may be right in saying that his eye can create genjutsu with sensations far above any other eye, but we don't know how his genjutsu works. Tsukuyomi (when used offensively) is torture-based. Does Sasuke's genjutsu work in the same way? Can it replicate the same thing? We don't know. But it is a plausible hypothesis.

Think about it this way, if it were a sleep inducing or paralysis inducing genjutsu, it wouldn't have shown Sakura experiencing the stab.

This leads me to conclude that it is a trauma based Genjutsu.
