This. Sasukes Genjutsu is strong, it one-shotted Shee, who was Genjutsu user himself, and made him unable to move for minutes.

Whoever thinks Sasuke's Genjutsu is weak is a fop at this point; Shee, Orochimaru - reflected his genjutsu at him - Itachi, Danzo, Deidara, Bee a few others. All of them either had counters to Genjutsu or were genjutsu experts. Sasuke's genjutsu is weak compared to Itachi - whose Amaterasu is laughable compared to his - but as a stand alone doujutsu, it's extremely lethal.

Yep Sasuke is pretty good at genjutsu he even won a genjutsu battle with Itachi who is a genjutsu master.

Sasuke's genjutsu is weak stated by Obito in the panel you showed, he just uses it smartly.
