Here's what i think. The whole shinobi world would adopt a new system, thanks to the ninja alliance, the kage system would still exist, and sasuke would be hokage, but all the kages would answer to one man, a peace keeper if you will, the exitence of that post would see to a peaceful or hatefree shinobi world, and that man would be naruto

Think about it, naruto originally wanted to be hokage to impress his peers, but after his chat with nagato, he declared that he would change the world, and after his battle with jubbito he finally realised that he is better off changing the world than rulling one village

This way everybody gets what they want
Sasuke as hokage and naruto as ruler

The main reason Naruto wanted to become Hokage was that he wanted everyone acknowledge him and everybody already thinks he is saviour so becoming Hokage is not important for him..but I dont think Tsunade will die and even if after the war they want to appoint new Hokage they would choose Naruto and Kakashi.Sasuke needs to save the world or something like that..why would they choose missing nin who attacked Gokages and not to forget those samurai fodders he killed
