Sasuke following Itachi's footsteps.

As the title says it. Is it possible that sasuke will follow itachi's footsteps. Like being a double agent.
SO guys what do u think? is it possible or not? Like after he learned what happened to itachi and he decides not to come back to konoha is because to make naruto stronger same on what itachi did.
