Sasuke- Flashy but useless?

Everytime Sasuke gets a new jutsu, it apparently feels superior and cooler than Naruto's new jutsu But after a while, Sasuke has barely any feat with his jutsu while Naruto pawns every opponent. As if Sasuke goes to hibernation after showing a sample of his abilities.

What's wrong with Sasuke's character? Wasn't he supposed to be as strong as Naruto? Since Naruto got Sage Mode, he has always been stronger than Sasuke at every point in the manga.

Has Kishimoto finally decided to give Naruto all the attention a main character deserves?

We have been waiting for mysterious power since he got EMS. Saw nothing but a S/T jutsu that was used to blitz Madara once only (which was flashy but useless as I said)

I know right, his enton is also useless, it didnt do anything besides freeing him and naruto from the ice prison( something which the truth seeking ball couldnt do). Also, you know what else is useless?? his ps, all it does is fly and has super speed capable of evading naruto's rrs and sliced madara chibaku tensei before a rrs finished exploding. His chakra is also useless, i mean, what does senjutsu do?? it's not like it powers up your jutsu.

But out of all this useless jutsu, the most useless is his s/t, its not like he cant close the gap between him and anyone. He probably is done showing us what he can do also....right??

But as expected from sasuke, his doing a good Job with them, amataratsu is a prime example of it!
