Am i the only one who is glad is has turned good?(For real this time). But i only have one problem...How tf is he and naruto gonna get their arms back?? And why did sasuke have to lose a arm to finally get TNJ'd!!

They will get them back, my current theory is that the Sage comes back and restores them or at least tells Sakura and Kakashi that they need them.
