Well if we're flashing back that far then we know that Sasuke was under extreme watch because of the curse mark, and during the Chunin Exams he tried not to let it out. I honestly don't know who'd win this one. It would be a good fight.

This too. Lee spanked without even going gates, and I really don't think Kakashi's private Chidori training would have changed the outcome.

Lee tore up sasuke before the first round of the chunnin exams even started. Sasuke caught up to lee in speed when he learnt chidori. And the hyuga only became the strongest when the uchiha died out. just as the uchiha became the strongest when the senju mysteriousely disappeared.
