well i dont think so if you look back sasuke was always a happy kid and cared about the people around him when he was smaller its just hatred and the secrets drove him to bitter darkness. in the last chapter you see him smile like he always did as a kid and now is free of hatred and resentment and is back the way he used to be right before the whole itachi incident. so i think he will be a great father to his kid were as for vageta he was always evil to begin with and steadily changed as a person and as a father

No he came to steal the Dragonballs primararily.His original intention was to keep Piccolo alive and kill the others but when he learnt about Namek he killed Piccolo too.Later his intention was to kill Goku but Goku gained the upper hand and so out of desperation he tried to blow up the Planet.
