Sasuke fastest Ninja Alive Reason why??

I understand where your coming from however what you witness was reflex's that were based on his Sharingan.

Those are not feat's of strength, Sasuke was only able to get the first hit when Raikage was a V1.

I will agree that sasuke has shown some good feat's when it comes to Speed, however ... You would be mistake to think that he is on a level of that of Naruto or Raikage.

Thanks. I understand he's fast, however he is not the fastest.

He has great feat's when it comes to speed no one is denieing that. Those manga pages clearly show that he was only able to keep up with the speed at V1, whoever when it came to V2 he was seriously out matched in speed and reflex's.

1.Gai-he's obviously fast if he's considered the best taijutsulist in kohana
2.kakshi-Don't really know just throwing it out there
3.Lee-He's like gai when he was 16(Just a guess) plus lee can out last sasuke if sasuke decides to copy his speed like in the chunin exams

I honestly don't understand why you guys continue to argue. Wither or not they believe sasuke is the fastest is up to them, shouldn't change the way you fell.

Personally i believe that you can prove that he isn't the fastest and i did that already, however he stated himself that he didn't believe it so after that statement the conversation should have ended because you can only give a person your perspective and see if he is willing to take the knowledge on and accept it, if they are not then the conversation because valid and pointless.

1)Minato

Even though his teleportation requires seals, he can still teleport to wherever they are instantly. We are not considering whether a jutsu is prepped or no, but rather how quickly it can get a person from point A to point B.

2)Obito

Obito's S/T jutsu takes time to fully initiate since he first has to absorb himself into his separate space and then reappear at his desired location. Because of this he has more versatility in choosing where he wants to go, but this thread is only concerned with how fast he can get himself from one place to another.

3)BM Naruto

KM Naruto has proved capable of dodging the raikage's fastest attack and BM Naruto has been shown to deflect 5 bijuudamas away from Guy and Kakashi at point-blank range. These are some of the greatest physical speed feats in the NV

4)Guy in 8th gate

While we have yet to see any real feats from the 8th gate, it is presumed, according to the descroption of the 8th gate, that it will grant power greater than the 5 kages. The EIG grant the user enhanced speed and power, so it means that Guy would temporarily be faster than even the raikage which is why I have Guy above the raikage. He is below BM Naruto because Naruto isnt technically a kage, so the description of the 8th gate likely doesnt apply to him. Therefore, it is currently unknown whether the 8th gate would grant speed faster than BM Naruto

5)Raikage

The raikage was considered the fastest alive after Minato himself and is still one of the top tier speedsters in the NV. He is obviously the one that most people compare other very fast shinobi to, making him the minimum standard of being a top tier speedster.

Others that are also fast and are still considered to be near the top tier when it comes to speed:

Third raikage:

This guy, like his son is also noted to be very fast since he uss the same technique, lightning armor. He, however, is more known for his durability a bit more than his speed, making him not as fast as his son, but still pretty close.

Lee in the 5th gate:

Has proven himself earlier on in the story to be one of the fastest in the NV with the power of the EIG. However, his mastery of the EIG isn't up to his sensei's level, so it is obvious that he would not be as quick, though he is sure to be one of the top contenders in the speed department.

Zetsu:

Zetsus unusual ability to meld in to the trees grants him a transportation ability not unlike Obito's and it allows him to traverse through terrain very quickly, though it is noted to not be quite as fast as Obito's jutsu itself. It has great potential, but the amount of time it takes for him to meld with the environment makes it almost usless in battle, especially against other top tier speedster that are mentioned above him.

sasuke is fast with response, but in no way is he fastest alive....sharingan PREDICTS MOVEMENT...so because of that sasuke has say .1sec-1 sec to react , while naruto has no predictions and reacted with sheer reflexes....so naruto is faster than sasuke in both physical and reactional speed...if minato was alive i would say minato has best reflexes......

You realize that A didn't have a power-up that just IS him right. And you realize Sasuke's sharingan DOES foresee projected attacks allowing him to begin dodging faster. And KM Naruto moves as fast as FTG which IS THE SPEED OF TELEPORTATION. So Sasuke isn't the fastest alive when At least Naruto and full raiton A are faster than him.

Regardless in a basic state he is still slower than Rock Lee, but still he is without a doubt one of the fastest shinobi around.

Summary: With everyone in a base state Sasuke is probably around the second fastest after Rock Lee (Maybee slower than Gai), but V.2 A, KM Naruto, Gates Lee and Gai are all faster than Sasuke, but yes, despite being slower Sasuke's inherent speed plus his ability to foresee attack allows him to counter attacks which is of course impressive.
