Exactly. Itachi explicitly told Sasuke how to utilize the jutsu. The only thing preventing Sasuke from using it is an ideal situation where it would be needed.

That's a terrible example. Shikimaru belongs to a specific clan that uses a specific type of jutsu; of course no one would be able to learn his jutsu since they lack his bloodline ability. The same goes for Yamato, he has Hashirama's cells therefore unless you had the senju DNA you wouldn't be able to use wood release.

Izanami is a sharingan kinjutsu that belongs to the uchiha clan. Sasuke is a Uchiha with the sharingan and has been given an explanation on how to use it. I see no reason why he can't do it.

shadow possession isnt a bloodline tech, its a hidden tech means one clan knows it, sakon said that jutsu would have been cool if he didn't master it already, meaning someone outside of the nara clan knows shadow possession. and wasnt referring to the wood style i was talking about his water style.

One needs at least poses shadow style affinity no? In case of sharingan things get much easier, no1 really taught sasuke anything.

The reason why he's not banned is because what he does is within the rules. He trolls alright but his threads have no abuses, bashing and are in the right section so banning is out of the question heck infractions would be a tough one.

Izanami only works on arrogant people who thinks high about themselves. Even if Sasuke uses Izanami on Naruto, Naruto can easily escape through the loop because he's himself already.
That means Sasuke loses one eye and fails to use Susano'o. Naruto kicks his butts with low difficulty.
