We still dont know the abilities of EMS so no one can judge the outcome, however EMS would only boost up the three eye techniques( Susanoo, Amerterasu, Tsukuyomi) and addition ability to the user which wont be enough to compete the powerful Rinnegan, still e need to wait till EMS shows up completely.

well...we don't know about EMS power,that's right but all pains are VERY STRONG(they destroyed kanoha and a lot of great ninjas such as j man, kakashi and others) so pain should win
