Obito doesn't need Rinnegan to beat Sasuke.

If it's normal Sharingan, then EMS Sasuke wins easily. If it's MS in conjunction with Kamui and Izanagi, then Obito wins easily. While I think Sasuke loses high difference to Kamui due to Magatama involved - as he can spam enton arrows and Magatama to try and make him use his minute intangibility - Izanagi just turns the tables completely. No contest.
