Tsunade already said she can't die in combat so I hardly see how she will be practically useless.

It took an onoiki weight enhanced raikage chop and Tsunades punch + the momentum from meis water spout atack to damage Madaras ribcage susano. Tsunades punch alone wont do anything.

I'd love to see Jiraiya entering mode having to escape Amaterasu. I'd also love to see Tsunade's efforts of regenerating if she will be continuesly burned by Amaterasu. Apart from that those frogs have nothing on Susanoo - Susanoo on the other hand can easily annihilate them with Amaterasu.

It's very easy for Jiraiya to enter SM when he can transport himself into one of the summons, for example, the place where he defeated the Animal path.
