Sasuke EMS, Rinnegan...

Odds are with EMS Sasuke will get perfect Susano and another unknown ability. He probably won't get Rinnegan, rather an unknown really rare OP ability that the Uchiha clan has never seen that would put him on par with even Rinnegan Naruto.

Even if either of them got the Rinnegan it would take a while for them to use them since it took Nagato, who has been so far the best user of the Rinnegan, years to master it.

Naruto cant get rinnegan he does not have Uchiha eyes or senju DNA on the other hand, Sasuke has the eyes and oro and obito has senju DNA. Naruto is the body/Will of fire Sasuke is the Eye

He does have Senju DNA... The Uzumaki are a relative to the Senju clan. Plus, I wouldn't put it past Kishi to give him the Rinnegan due to some unaccounted for event.

If sasuke reads the uchiha stone tablet before activating this so called rinnegan through some unorthodox way. Then hell ya sasuke will be OP
