Which Konoha shinobi would able to do the same? (except Naruto and Hokages)

Any of the K12. Most of the Jounin, especially Kakashi. They would all take out the 1000 enemies, but I don't know if they would be as quick or if they would have not even taken a scratch.

They are featless fodders; they have nothing special any character with 1 or 2 named techniques can own a good deal of them.
Many known ninja from Konoha can own them; Kakashi and Gai has ability to fodderize a bigger amount of them, Asuma and Kurenai has the ability too. From k11, Rock Lee, Neji, Chouji, Sakura can handle those amount of featless people; Tenten can do it too because of her weapon spam. Kiba, Shino can do it. Hinata and Shikamaru can take out a good portion; even Ino and Konohamaru can take out some numbers of fodder ninja.
