[Discussion] Sasuke dont have Perfect Susanoo. Yet.

Look folks, having legs doesnt make a Susanoo Perfect, its NOT its full form.

And what do we see? Madara's Susanoo performing a hand seal, which for obvious reasons he is about to stabilize it to evolve into its Final or Perfect Form. And voila;

All that Sasuke has to do is stabilize his Complete Form to create his Perfect Susano

Sasuke's Susano'o's face is almost exactly like that of Madara's Perfect Susano'o. It's clear that it's PS.

It does seem like he does have PS from the last chapter with the way he used it along with Naruto. Don't know why but I think Sasuke is a step away from PS. It doesn't seems as large as Madara's and the armor seemed different from Madara's IMO. I used to say he wouldn't get PS but it's pretty obvious he will as it was earlier. There's still Madara around so maybe we'll see his Susano'o evolve that final step then.

Those with greater chakra control don't need hand seal. Kakashi used to use hand seals for lightning blade, but after traing he doesn't anymore. All of Sasuke's lightning techs. involve advanced chaka control and he never uses hand seals for any of them. It just means its one area Sasuke has already surpassed Madara.

He obviously has the Kanzentai Susano'o, and was able to stabilize it's chakra without hand seals. Also, Madara did not need a hand seal whenever he used the form most recently.

Madara used ps on the kyuubi just like Sasuke.

If you wanna know if that is ps, look at the shoulder blades of both susanoo's and Jem.

Complete Susano'o is the one that can shoot arrows.
Madara's complete Susano'o was the one with legs and a few faces and more arms.
What you have shown, my friend, is Final Susano'o, the last step to Perfect Susano'o.

But i do believe that you need good chakra control to evolve from Final to Perfect Susano'o.

Whether you like it or not Sasuke does have PS. He just brought out a modified variation of PS.
