OT: Also OP Stop making threads, Sasuke trained with each power up he got. From curse mark to so6p power up. I can go more in depth if you still want to deny.
-Went to orochimaru to gain greater control over curse mark.
-When he got his ms he fought the kages to improve his ms abilities & test out his susanoo.
-When he got ems he trained on fodder zetsu in the cave & took down a small zetsu army with one shot.
-Fighting madara &kaguya was basically training with his rinnegan as he had only had it for about an hour before he fought naruto, he was still getting used to it as he stated himself.

Would u rather Kishimoto had taken more time away from Naruto for Kishimoto to give Sasuke another way to get stronger?

Itachi place some of his chakra within Sasuke for a one time use against Tobi which would ONLY activate upon seeing Tobi's Sharingan. And notice how Sasuke's eye turned into Itachi's MS, then every other time Sasuke used Amaterasu It was from his own MS.
Itachi implanting Amaterasu within Sasuke was like Obito giving his chakra to Kakashi, it was temporary since they don't have unlimited chakra.
And your comment is very counterproductive as a Naruto fan, considering Minato gave Naruto the Kyuubi...his main source of power.

They skipped over a bunch of stuff. They, aswell as you are thinking about power ups. MS,EMS, Rinnegan.
Was Sasuke handed the tomoe Sharingan? Was he handed mastery of Fire Style, and Lightning Style? Was he handed Taijutsu? Swordsmenship? He obviously had to work hard in order to have it.
Nah, not really. Hagoromo represents the balance of Yang/Light and Yin/Darkness. If only Naruto (Yang) was given Rikudou power then it would have destroyed the main theme that Kishi was trying to establish. That's why Sasuke (Yin) was also given Rikudou chakra.
Also, Sasuke being the transmigrant of Indra makes him worthy of getting Rikudou powers.
