Sasuke-Heika ....seems more fitting

sasuke was started to called sasuke-sama at age 12,

now he is basically god, so people probably calls him sasuke-heika

Sama means God or something whereas Dono is like a Senpai. Doubt he gets that much respect though for trying to kill the hero of the war.

Sama is reserved for lords or ppl with really high status it doesn't mean god. :|

Dono is just really formal and old fashioned

Dono is a high mark of respect used for lords for exemple, sama is for someone "superior" in hierarchy/social status. The guy who said that to you don't know his stuff.

Tono (殿 【との】?), pronounced dono (どの?) when attached to a name, roughly means "lord" or "master". It does not equate noble status; rather it is a term akin to "milord" or French "monseigneur", and lies below sama in level of respect.
