Above we see Sasuke saying that he would use the six paths chakra too. This means that he can choose whether or not he wants to add Rikudu chakra to his attacks. As you correctly mentioned, Kakashi's chidori was black when he used Rikudu chakra.

Similarly, with Sasuke, his Chidori is only black when he uses Rikudu's chakra. Therefore, this would imply that he slashed Madara in half with a chidori sword not containing Rikudu chakra (since it wasn't black). We also know that only senjutsu can harm perfect juubi jins. Hence, Sasuke must have used senjutsu or else he wouldn't have been able to hurt Madara.

Proof probably when he was struggling against the Juubi he got it. Different SM have different effects. Madara didn't go through it because he got SM from Hashi.

It is however worth nothing that although he cannot gather nature energy (senjustu) which is used by someone who has acquired sage mode
Sasuke can indirectly manipulate it.

Yin (spiritual energy) gives shape to nothing.
Chakra as the medium guided pure lightning(KIRIN) to itachi (kirin is natural energy= (Nature energy)=(Senjustu)

Madz had ashuras chakra too when he stole it from hashirama allowing him to awaken the rinnegan same as sasuke he got hashirama cells from kabuto.

Naruto still is a jinjuriki he has the dark half of kurama inside him. The original kurama he had that madara took is inside chibak tensi that sasuke created.
