He does need one, Obito, Naruto, Madara, Hashi, The Juubi The battle is full of beasts Sasuke is strong no doubt but he isn't really anything compared to those guys as far as im concerned EMS Sasuke is no different from MS Sasuke

Well it wont matter now if he gets a power up because he wont be able to use it...Who says Naruto don't know how to use Genjutsu??? All of his enemies will be mind controlled by his ultimate Genjutsu...Bring it on...TALK NO JUTSU !!!! I think he could even defeat an entire army by combining TAIJO KAGEBUNSHIN NO JUTSU with TALK NO JUTSU !!!Imagine a thousand clone talking to each army in one instant....Thats pretty amazing eheheheh...And what would Sasuke fight against that attack???
