actually the thing fans call BSM it's not really a new mode,it's just as you described it exactly,using the normal SM in conjunction with BM,which pretty much added nothing to BM except adding the use of some SM chakra to the jutsus.

- Speed
- Strength
- Reflexes
- Perception
- Frog Kata(idk how useful that is)
- Stronger Jutsu overall(rasenshuriken, odama rasengan)

and anyone using the databook as proof that susanoo requires tsukuyomi, has to remember that in the same databook page it was stated susanoo is equipped with totsuka and yata.does madara or sasuke have these?no.
so the databook was only describing itachi's susanoo.(the only susanoo user that was back when the databook came out).

Not true about the time manipulation thing. Tsukuyomi can also be used to simply control someone like Itachi did with Kabuto in order to make Kabuto end the edo tensei (and yes Itachi did call it by the name tsukuyomi). You don't necessarily have to manipulate time.

that's what naruto's usual SM does,but when he used it in conjunction with BM,it added nothing to BM.because the thing fans call BSM is not a really a mode that boosts BM status,it just adds SM feats to BM's,and that's all.it doesn't upgrade BM since this "BSM"=SM+BM and since SM<<<BM we can say it's almost equal.
i still have a theory on how naruto will mix kurama's yin+yang+an incredible amount of natural energy to obtain a true BSM that boosts all BM status(just like SM boosted all base naruto's power),but meh with kishi writing this manga this way i doubt it will happen.

ok,lets put that aside,was there ever a panel of sasuke's genjutsu described as tsukuyomi like everytime itachi used it it was stated clearly tsukuyomi and noted in the scans,but never sasuke.if you can find one panel where sasuke using a genjutsu and was described as tsukuyomi then you're right.
anyway i think kishi at the start was about to give sasuke all itachi's abilities,then he changed his mind,since it would be really awful if he just made him a copy of itachi.

Please post a scan of this. I don't remember Itachi saying anything about his tsukuyomi being limited against Kabuto. Furthermore, Itachi also used tsukuyomi on Sasuke during their battle at the Uchiha hideout (and he also referred to this as tsukuyomi by name). He did not manipulate time/space, nor were there inverted colors until Sasuke broke the genjutsu. This serves as further proof that tsukuyomi can be used as a normal genjutsu if the user so desires. You do not need to manipulate time/space.

I'm not actually saying that Sasuke has or doesn't have tsukuyomi. I am actually too tired from homework to debate that issue right now. I was strictly countering your statement about tsukuyomi requiring the time manipulation. That is all.
