I'm not going to embarass you, but Sasuke has Hashi's dna or he's going to get it...he's standing right in front of Hashirama/Madara.

Also, Hashirama is alive. Madara got revived with Hashirama on his chest, sasuke know how to release edo tensei so Hashirama might get revived by doing reverse seal like he did with Orochi.

It was basically a foreshadow...so was madara talking about two opposite powers.
So was Sasuke becoming hokage.
So was sasuke being the chosen one.

Sasuke has combined power from the Senju and Uchiha, which is required to awaken the Rinnegan.

Senju = Hashirama's Chakra.

Uchiha = Sasuke.

It didn't specifically say that DNA is required. That's just how Madara managed to get a hold of Hashirama's power. Hashirama wasn't just going to give him his Chakra and shit. In this case he gave it to Sasuke.
