Nah EMS Sasuke with PS is and was portrayed as equals with BSM Naruto. The only reason no one thinks so is because Kishi always shows Naruto's feats while keeping Sasuke as a mystery.

It does. Where they were at that time is not indicative of how they'll compare to each other in the future. Just because BSM Naruto > EMS Sasuke does not imply that BSM Naruto can surpass Madara if EMS Sasuke can.

By my knowledge susanoo has three stages, the skeleton, the muscle over the skeleton and then the final stage, to achieve perfect susanoo i believe you need sage chakra as well as a powerful enough mangekyo or eternal mangekyo sharingan. Which Sasuke has.

I read the manga.

Naruto was being praised by everyone the entire war and rightfully so.

Sasuke needed spotlight. Naruto already reached it.
