If you mean "shunshin" as in foot-based travel, that would have been impossible. Naruto also never said he used shunshin; he was describing Sasuke's space-time/reality bending jutsu.

If anything, this proves that sasuke cannot use his tech simultaneously to move. He actually had to run to get in range and use his tech. Why didn't sasuke just teleport into range and use his eye swap tech?

That's a great catch.. Could very well be true. Problem is that he would only need to use the jutsu once for over 90% of the characters.. Great find.
