Then why did He not teleport before? He even said He keep trying and failed, His tech must need to mark a spot the same way as Obito did and Minato did with His special Kunai. The panel even had Sasuke say this time it work and Sakura jacket is were Sasuke was, so do not contradict the evidence.

I'm pretty sure he meant it work because he used the jacket to teleport for further... But that's merely speculation.

So you are saying sasuke can freely teleport anywhere, he just didnt do it last chapter when running to the portal. Or when kaguya grabbed him, 3 times. Its more likely kishi was keeping the mystery on sasukes techniques and wasnt making it obvious he was swapping with things like he did last chapter.

He can simply swap places (areas) anywhere within range.

If something is within the area in which he wishes to teleport then that object gets switched with him.

It could be that if Something is attached to him it travels with him, meaning that teleporting would be pointless. Kaguya also paralyzes those she touches.

Kinda like leaving a part of herself. Over the last few chapters Sasuke and Sakura r two characters that seem to have been the focus of quite a bit of development. I have been wondering about Sasuke and Sakura losing items to the lava, but it it could be something like Sakura shedding pieces of her former self (possibly her weakness) and it was that that allowed her to save Sasuke.

From how I see it he is just trading one space for another. If anything is in the space that he wants to be then it switches places with him.
