The physical characteristics of that Susanoo are a match for Madara's Perfect Susanoo.

First of all you don't need the Rinnegan to use PS.Second as big of a ass pull I think it is, Sasuke does have PS as shown during the latest chapter.

Sasuke now has two things that only a PS has been shown to have; legs and nose. Thus, a pattern is established. Sasuke is getting closer to obtaining PS if he doesn't have it already.

Anime =/= canon. That part of your argument is invalid. Even if it was in the manga, it would still be invalid logic. Because Madara did not provide evidence that a Sussano with a nose is PS means a nosed Sussano is not a PS. my head hurts. lack of evidence supporting a premise is not evidence refuting that premise. Moreover, a hypothetical does not make a good argument. I don't even believe Sasuke has PS, but this logic is bad.

MS or EMS grants you MS or EMS powers. Sussano is an MS or EMS power. Thus, MS or EMS grants you PS if you can master Sussano enough to unlock it. It has nothing to do with Rinnegan. Madara even used PS in his second fight with Madara before he got Rinnegan.

Um…you failed at trying to sound smart. And whats up with this nose theory sasukes susanoo had a big nose after the fight with danzo when naruto and kakashi showed up to save sakura if you would please explain that too save me the trouble of making another thread^^^^^^this guy

I have been seeing all these posts as of late saying that sasuke now has PS and i can see why people would say that seeing that somehow his susanoo miraculously sprouted legs, but that does not necessarily mean its perfect. Im pretty sure we all saw this weeks episode. Not once do i recall madara refering to those susanoo as perfect ant they also had legs. We didnt actually see PS until he used rinnegan and stabilized the chakra and ive never seen sasuke do anything of the sort so please explain this PS of sasukes to me

I don't believe its PS either. Just because it has a noes and legs does not equal PS. It's the armor! Look how detailed Madaras PS armor is and then look at Sasukes. Also look at the size of Madaras. Though Sasukes will look different then Madaras, he definitly does not have it yet.

That's clearly Sasuke's perfect Susano'o; the stabilized crow tengu armor.

Also look at the size of Madaras. Though Sasukes will look different then Madaras, he definitly does not have it yet.

The smaller size is obviously because the armor is custom-fitted for Naruto's Biju mode, which is much smaller than the Susano'o.

Sasuke does not have PS but your logic is beyond god-awful. I can agree with your conclusion all day but disagree with your logic at the same time.
Sasuke does not have PS because he doesn't have Rinnegan. bad logic. Sussano is MS or EMS technique.
Sasuke does not have PS because Madara didn't say elongated nose = PS. bad logic. Hypothetical is bad logic.
