No, he has PS. Having more chakra wouldnt help him stabilize his already existing chakra, and besides he used PS and covered Naruto's BM with it when he had naruto's chakra and much of his own directly absorbed by Juubito

He barely covered 50 % kurama with it. My guess is that He has it but it's far smaller than Madara's.

I would have to agree. Whilst Sasuke obviously has the capacity to use it, the only actual time we saw any indication of it was when he synced his chakra with Kurama's. Similarly Madara's Perfect Susano'o was enhanced when he merged with Kurama.

If Sasuke had PS he'd've squashed Madara when he had the chance.

At the bolded, that answers all arguments about him cobering Kurama with it. He synced his chakra with Kurama's.

Madara's *version* of it was alot bigger than that. Also, the Suasnoo he was using with kurama chakra was only legged Susanoo. It doesn't really make any sense that he'd be able to do PS if he needed help with legged.

I don't think he has PS yet either. At least it hasn't been confirmed to be PS in my opinion.
