Sakura thinks to herself "Sasuke doesn't seem to care" but is stoic about it and keeps it to herself and reassures Naruto. THEN she notices Sasuke's rinnegan (does she even know about the rinnegan?) Then Sasuke proceeds to let Susano'o eat his soul so he can fly up and crumble the boulders that are trying to kill everybody.

How are his actions demonstrating he doesn't care? Not saying "Are you hurt my delicate flower?"
