They all do, they just make it look easy because of their talent, did you not see Sasuke train hard to learn Katon at an early age ? Or training hard to learn Lee's taijutsu ?

When Itachi was training to improve his use of Kunai Orochimaru stated it was too extreme for a child his age to do. They're just good at learning things quickly, doesn't mean they don't train hard to improve their skill.
