-Susano'o during the Kage summit,especially during the Danzo battle
RinneSharingan - Teleportation - during the Madara and Kaguya battles and he clearly got a good understanding of CT from the Kaguya Sealing,hence using it on all the Bijuu.Once he gets used to his powers he starts using them alot better.

That's how eye power works. It gives the users new jutsu. It doesn't require them to train to gain new jutsu.
