What Sasuke is currently doing, is a fraction of his actual power. He uses Jugo out of sheer convenience, not requirement.

Sasuke needs jugo for the convenience of senjutsu which IS a requirement to fight juubito, something that even madara needs hashirama for, I honestly can't stress how irrelevant his power level is in this situation.

Doesn't Sasuke have Juugo's DNA already? He should be able to pull off a Senjutsu Susanoo if he really wanted to, but its more practical to have Juugo do it for him instead.

What about Kirin? That should be able to do the trick...
