Sasuke didn't reach his full potential, what I mean is that Sasuke have a set of abilities that he can unlock or show but didn't due to plot and Nardo etc.

1.Rinnegan: Sasuke unlocked his Rinnegan in one eye which is a huge nerf because he only got half of the power when fodders like Madara and Hagoromo got 2, Momoshiki had 3.
And don't tell me his full power is in one eye cuz that doesn't make logical sense, Naruto didn't have the same RSM as Madara, Hagoromo etc so to make Naruto and Sasuke equal Sasuke only got one Rinnegan.
It took all Madara's life to unlock it so it makes sense that he got it only in his left eye.
The six tomoes represents his MS:
2.Perfect Susanoo:
that was only shown by Madara according to Kishimoto so you can't deny it(4th databook).
Perfect Susanoo is what comes after armored suanoo just look at Madara vs 5 kages and you would understand.
What Sasuke used was shown by Kakashi, Itachi, shisui and all are small and have wings and used by MS not EMS.

3.Sage Mode: Sasuke's reverse summoning takes Sasuke to the place the snake was summond from which is Ryūchi Cave a resident for snakes like the white snake sage who can teach Sasuke sage mode, Aoda is Sasuke's summon who saved his life or the opposed(4th databook) and became loyal to him and he lives in Ryūchi Cave so Sasuke should know about the white snake sage or sage mode from the snakes but of course PLOT.
Sasuke got Jugo's flesh and he doesn't use it's abilities like Oro and Kabuto because he doesn't have Sage Mode, ST would give him the same form as CS2 a power that he lost and didn't get back when he already has the source of it's power, Sasuke showed his ability of merging Jugo's ST with his Susanoo which shows how compatible he is with it:
ST and Sage Mode would make Sasuke able to damage Juubi Jins without Hagoromo's chakra.
5. Hashirama's healing:
Sasuke having his healing power may be debatable but Sasuke having his cells isn't.
Kabuto can't heal dead Sasuke with Medical Ninjutsu, he needs Hashirama's cells.
I think he have his healing because as stated by Itachi and the Manga everyone even Obito with zetsu body have that ability, just read Gaiden and see it yourself.
