One can't just say "I have earned the right to kill somebody in the name of x", it doesn't work that way. What happened was horrible, no one can deny that, but you don't kill the people responsible for it. Besides, what people seem to forget is that the Uchiha clan was actually about to do some pretty nasty stuff (and I'm willing to bet Tobi was behind it somehow)

Also, Sasuke takes it one step further, saying he wants to destroy the entire village. That makes no sense whatsoever, no matter how you look at it. He'd kill so many innocent people, who didn't even know about the true reason of the Uchiha clan massacre. Hell, some people weren't even born then. But Sasuke wants to kill them anyway - that is not revenge, that is mass murder on a huge scale.

I don't think anyone likes those elders, but that doesn't give anyone the right to kill them. Sasuke wouldn't be justified in any way, shape or form.

If Sasuke wants revenge than he should take his revenge on the people who started it: The elders, and Danzo thats it. Sasuke is just confused and letting his emotions take over him. Hiruzen tried to find a peaceful way for the Uchihas but the elders and danzo overruled his plan. And A major point if the massacre had not happen and the coup detat was in motion then the uchihas would of probably been killed by the ninjas protecting the village anyway so yeah thats my opinion

Hey i like your post a lot. I agree completely he already finished Danzo off, so he needs to go after the elders next. If Itachi can explain to Sasuke that Hiruzen's intentions was a peaceful way and Danzo's decision was agreed by the elders than i believe Sasuke wouldn't destroy the village. And what's the point of killing everyone in the village, plus annihilate it? Pain already destroyed the village and they are in a recovering process, so Sasuke shouldn't do something ridiculous as destroying what has been destroyed. I think it's hard to determine what Sasuke will do at this point? But he said clearly, even along Itachi that he was going to destroy the village! Sasuke should not ruin his chances at redemption anymore! Because if he does destroy the village that will break the final straw. Naruto will stop Sasuke and whatever happens after that is unknown. If Sasuke doesn't have a better power-up and this is the full extent of the EMS, than Naruto will kill him rather easily. I think he's very lonely in his life and i bet he misses having good times like he did back in the old days. I just hope that Naruto and Itachi can get through to him.

Hello, this is my first post. I think that Sasuke should have forgiven his brother and set an example. He has denied his former friends and comrades to the point of trying to kill them? Sasuke lost his parents, but he still was respected right? Naruto and Gaara did not get much respect early on. It is sad that he lost his parents though. But he is turning on his former comrades, which is not any better than what Danzo did. Sasuke had been thinking and acting similar to Hitler. But in the recent chapters, it does not seem like he is focused on revenge as much anymore. So hopefully he will start to at least acknowledge Naruto, and make amends with his brother Itachi. If everyone tried to get revenge against others, then something similar to this might happen: Itachi kills the clan, Sasuke kills Danzo, Danzo's son kills Sasuke, Naruto kills Danzo's son, Danzo's daughter kills Naruto, Konohamaru kills Danzo's wife.............. Revenge is not good.

i dont think so because he should really just get revenge on madara because he brought out the nine tails on the village which put suspicion on the uchiha. and he is a uchiha. so it is all madara's fault. and if sasuke was really sad about itatchi, he would follow his will and return to the village. and he doesnt hav to get revenge on the entire vilage. just danzo and the others. since the 3rd and dan\zo are dead there are just two more to go. and then he could just live in the village peacfully knoig he got his revenge on the people who killed his clan. the other villagers had nithing to do wih it. it isnt fair for all te other villages who didnt know and were greiving for the uchihas to die as wellU_U

The uchiha were planning to rebel because they were accused for what one uchiha did without any type of evidence what so ever, So they were isolated and spied on so they took notice. Look at it from the uchiha point of view if all of a sudden these guys just started acting all funny gather you and branch of family in one location n started spying on you what would you think??? Personally i think they were trying to kill me. :shrug: just saying


Well i don't think sasuke should go after the whole village to be honest but regardless they'll be coming after him anyway so why not slaughter there ass and for danzo to have itachi kill and 8 yr old for shame U_U. If he does goes after the elders you really think the solider of konoha is going to sit and watching even after knowing the truth??? How would you be able to wake up and look your self in the mirror knowing that you let the person go scott free killing your family even itachi felt like Sasuke had to kill him for that.

And The Leaf village was a straight slaughterfest and the whole clan was wiped out because the Leaf wanted to protect thier village.

How would Sasuke take that? If he was the only survivor, and his clan was slaughtered by the leaf because they won the battle

Well .... the uchiha were going to cause a war that would cause countless more deaths.Itachi killed them all with Tobi to stop this.The elders and danzo in turn just wanted to protect the village but killing people becausee they have killed someone is just as bad.Whats to say one of the elders sons(if they have any) wont seek revenge aren't they entitled to it as well?

if sasuke wants to blame anybody he should blame

1 the uchiha who were ready to destroy the village and everyone in it for the sake of their own power
2. the brother who choose to slaughter his whole family instead of take their side cuz he was smart enough to see the big picture
3. the brother who left him alive and screwed with his head all for the sake of his own plans
4 the uchiha who instead of leaving the village and form their own choose that thy would rather the whole village burn then be number 2 in a village of like 30 clans

sasuke has no one to blame but himself his clan and his brother for where he is today thats real talk now im not against sasuke he is a person like everyone else he took the event of his life made the best decisions he knew how and followed them but he is still twisted on the fact

Sasuke deserves death.

Revenge is never justifiable. Sasuke chose to wollow in his anger, rage, and hatred. Naruto's countless efforts to catch up to Sasuke because he admired Sasuke, thought of him as a brother. Sasuke always had people open to him even if they were fans, as time progressed, Sakura was there trying to understand as well as Naruto and kakashi but he chose to shun them all away. He chose to fall into this path.

Also how can it be said that Naruto's pain of loosing Jiraiya is less then Sasuke's loosing a clan? He looses his clan, that's clan pride, pride itself is a sin, yet Naruto had somebody he cared about, a father (grandfather figure) somebody who raised him and loved him and he lost that as well. To me Sasuke's only grief should've been for his mother. Sasuke's dad was a ****, his mother was kind to him and loved him.

Sasuke Had love to begin with, lost it. Naruto never knew what love was in the beginning, found it, then lost it, imo that's more to grive about and to be vengeful for. You know what Naruto did that Sasuke didn't? He chose not to act on his hate for Nagato, he chose to try and resolve the issue in a civil manor. Sasuke allows himself to do what he does, Sasuke doesn't attempt to fight the anger, he doesn't attempt to reconcile and to listen to reason and leave his path of vengance. He keeps heading towards it.

There's a reason to why he does this too, it's because of the legacy of the Uchihas. They've always been a clan of hate, they were built on jealousy and vengance. Sasuke's vengeful personality comes directly from his heritage. A heritage of people that looked for vengance in whatever they could because once the Elder Son of the Sage made that his mark and lost himself in it, he doomed his clan to have only one mindset, one creed to live on. Without vengance the Uchihas can't live. For a select few, they managed to find their way out, Itachi and Shisui (as far as we know) but Sasuke demonstrates typical Uchiha behavior and his only peace will come in death because he wollows in vengance and suffers because of those demons inside him in death his soul may find hope.
