That's like saying orochimaru created the shiki fujin release or jiraya created the 5 pronged seal release.

An admirable feat yes, but I don't think he created that jutsu

He simply did the opposite of what kakashi did to his own cursed seal that time in part 1. And yes he thought it out himself, not like he had seen the tech done anywhere else. But I'm not sure if that equates to creating the jutsu.

Except both of those releasing techniques were already created by someone else.
Orochimaru learned the DRS release by researching and the five prong seal release already existed. Sasuke figured out that method on his own so in fact he did create that jutsu.

Jutsu simply means skill. Just like sealing something is a jutsu, the releasing method is a jutsu as well.

Chances are Kakashi knows how to do that as well though. I doubt he wouldn't know how to reverse his own seal
