You know you dont need pure destructive power to match pure destructive power. Sasuke is versatile with techniques, while Naruto is the powerful. Sasuke can evade, he can absorb chakra, he can control the bijuu, travel into dimensions, he can swap with his opponents, he can even have lots of raw power on his own if he chooses. Sasuke/Naruto equal each other out pretty well if we look at all their abilities without a shred of bias.

He could ameno next to Naruto. So they both take the same damage from that attack. If they both die, they're still equal. If they both survive they're still equal.
