Him gaining the Rinnegan is yes plausible or the Elder sons eyes through Sage Mode+EMS

Either way he will probably gain Sage Mode as its the only thing that can harm Madara along with a new set of eyes.

I agree that Sasuke getting Mokuton would be quite strange, but it's one of the perks of Hashirama's DNA.

I would still opt for the Older Son's eyes. It would be a refreshing change from the Rinnegan. Hawk SM would be perfect as well, as if you remember Sasuke claimed when he defeated Orochimaru that he was a snake, forever in the "Talons of the Hark". Then he changed his names to Taka as well, which also means Hawk if I am not mistaken. The manga has made predictions that the Hawk is above the Snake.

I am not too keen on Mokuton as well. Hopefully it doesn't happen that way. All in all, Sasuke will awaken something extraordinary. We still have to see that hidden EMS Doujutsu as well. Can't wait. Then all will be left is an Enton Sword in Madara's throat - a fitting retort for aspiring Sages.
