he wouldn't have the chakra to do it ... and i don't think anyone apart from nagato can do that as madara and tobi admitted that nagato was supposed to revive them both

Wrong, Madara thought that Nagato revived him with rinne tensei and he said ''Nagato, you managed to grow''. But it will surely take more chakra to revive someone who has been dead for long time and that's why Madara gave his rinnegans to Nagato. Nagato was an Uzumaki and had huge chakra reserves.
but tobi said he was supposed to save that technique for him while talkin to zetsu on a tree.... and madara was taken back when he realized how he was revived.... edo wasnt supposed to be used... tobi had already declared war before kabuto approached him with his coffins.... you should read, not knowing whats going on defeats the purpose of reading

he can probably revive one who's been dead a long time, seeing as tobi planned it for madara. but not a whole clan.
and there are enough dojutsu users in the series already, an uchiha army would only make the series boring. it's interesting when you get to see new powers like the chuunin exam arc, and the revealing of the akatuski, not to rehash an already done to death power for a fodder army
