Sasuke could literally neg Naruto right now

Think about it:

Before, even if Sasuke made Naruto the core, Sasuke would probably run out of chakra before all the rocks engulfed Naruto (assuming Naruto was destroying them as they came to him)

NOW..

Sasuke has an unfathomable amount of chakra, all he has to do is thunder clap, put Naruto as the core and have the rocks keep coming. Naruto will for sure run out of chakra or at the very least, stamina, before all the land is used up as rocks for CT.

Kurama constantly produces chakra/nature energy for him

Sasuke CApacity is > Naruto now however Naruto can keep getting refilled due to kurama constantly boosting him. The Fight is basically 2 v 1 right now

Sasuke does have the power to End Naruto though based off of what we have seen S/t Swap/ Solo Clap etc...

We don't know how sasuke's CT even works. It is likely that he must have his opponent under his control before he canuse them as the CT which is why it was necessary for him to place them under genjutsu first.
