Sasuke only cut Madara in half, but this did not stop Madara's upper half from flying. Having said this, Madara could just fly into the air beyond Sasuke's amenotejikara range, make a bijuudama tree like Obito did and then gg Sasuke. Sasuke's amenotejikara can't move him out of the blast radius of a juubi bijuudama from what we've seen so far (let alone 4 of them) and not even perfect susanoo can tank it. Even if Sasuke tries to fly away in perfect susanoo, Madara doesn't have to stick to just one tree of bijuudamas. He can make a bijuu bomb forest and nuke everything. Also, multiple limbo clones + chibaku tensei meteorites = too much for Sasuke to handle. Sasuke can handle the limbo clones, or he could handle meteorites, but he can't handle both simultaneously.

Also, the Madara that Sasuke cut in half was also nerfed because Kishi (Minato) robbed him of his truth seeking balls. Amenotejikara blitz would actually be dangerous for Sasuke. Even if Sasuke cuts Madara in half, at that moment Madara launches a truth seeking ball or 2 at Sasuke and then gg Sasuke.

Also, Madara could cast infinite tsukuyomi on Sasuke individually from a distance at a time when Sasuke is not in his susanoo (just as Kaguya casted it on smaller groups of people rather than the whole world).
