Sasuke crescent mark=Breathes life into anything
Naruto sun mark= forms anything from nothing.

Because he knew if Obito was still there, his Kamui would rekt Sasuke. That's the reason why Sasuke didn't wanted to save Obito.

Or maybe he just didn't think it was worth it since he was going to die anyway from Kaguya's bones, that and he doesn't know if his seal can do such a thing.

i dont think sasuke has a magical power. if it wasnt for plot, i think if he could be saved they wouldve just in case they got seperated again or didnt have hago to summon them home.

i dont think sasuke hated him. not sure
