I don't think so. I think it's exclusive to jutsu with hand signs. For instance, Sasuke has a lightning chakra nature, but he didn't copy A's lightning armor. Minato's FTG also doesn't use hand signs so Sasuke wouldn't be able to copy it to perfection immediately. If you mean remember how it works and train to copy it then, most likely.
